  Well tried to give this establishment a second chance because my first visit wasn't so good. First visit the Southern Fried Catfish was not tasty at all and service was just ok. Second visit I ordered the ribeye and it was super fatty and cooked medium well instead of well done like I ordered. My mashed potatoes were not cooked all the way through, and my waitress didn't check in on us for refills,she had to be flagged down.

  My family loves Cheesecake Factory so we were quite disappointed at the service we received while on spring break last week. We were seated and the server literally left us for 30 minutes before bringing our drinks and over an hour before he even took our meal order. My husband gave him a $1.00 tip to express our frustration at the ridiculous service. We found out the server changed the tip amount to $7.00! We will never go back.
